Immune Boosting Essential Oil

Good for prevention or recovery. Here are multiple brands of the same basic combination of essential oils. I use these topically on my wrists and back of neck, applied once every day or two, depending on my plans for the day.

Raw or Manuka Honey

This natural antibiotic is amazing for fighting pathogens, especially bacteria. Since SARS-CoV2 often has a co-infection of prevotella bacteria, I recommend taking honey orally. Manuka honey is strong, so if you use that version, you do not need much, just a bit under the tongue is enough. If you use raw (unprocessed) honey, you may need more.

Feverfew

Feverfew has been shown to be an effective treatment against prions. Prions are misfolded proteins, which can be quite harmful to the body. Spike proteins are harmful proteins as well, and Feverfew helps the body get rid of them. This is useful for people with Covid-19, with "side effects" after the vaccination, or people with mysterious health issues after being near (recently) vaccinated people.

Wormwood or Quinine

These two herbal supplements have been used for years to protect the hemoglobin from malaria, and they are best when started early. Either one will be beneficial, both are not necessary.

Andrographis (Indian Echinacea)

This "Indian Echinacea" has historically been used for recovery from colds and flu, and has studies that show it's protective properties.

Zinc

This can be used for recovery, especially if  there are symptoms of free iron (a taste or smell loss). Zinc and Iron are related. When there is free iron in the body, zinc is a great supplement to add. Be careful not to take too much. The goal is to return the iron and zinc amounts to balance.

Selenium

This is a nutrient that is used by the immune system. It can be helpful to replenish it during and after illness. 

Milk Thistle

This is used as a natural treatment for the liver, which can be harmed by the free iron and/or by SARS-CoA2. It could be helpful to use it during the later stages of recovery and for some time after symptoms are gone.

Mullein Leaf

The lungs need support to fully recover. This herb been used to support the lungs in healing after damage.

Prevotella (probiotic)

This probiotic supplement is useful to prevent your body from welcoming prevotella that may be connected to SARS-CoV2. I recommend using it to make sure you have enough of this "good bacteria" in your body to keep you healthy.

Potassium

The SARS-CoV2 effect on the ACE-2 receptors displaces potassium, so replenishing it while and/or after getting through the illness would be a good idea.

Magnesium

The kidneys and adrenal glands require magnesium, and use it during times of stress, both physical and emotional. Low magnesium symptoms include muscle cramps and insomnia. This is a great supplement to help with recovery.

Other antioxidants

These are helpful for both protection from and recovery from Covid-19. Antioxidants like these restore oxidative damage from free iron and other damage. There are also foods that have antioxidant properties. Those would be helpful as well.
